• Maintaining test automation framework for smoother execution for all scheduled releases.• Coordinating with project team for release labels and making sure all appropriate tickets are delivered.• Supporting customer raised Zendesk tickets by reproducing and assigning right severity and priority.• Lead the technical design, development and implementation of automated test suites/scripts.• Compile and distribute project level test reports; escalate outstanding or critical issues.• Improving Quality Assurance process and recommending appropriate tools.• Review project deliverable (test cases, scripts, test documentation).• Formulating automation standard guidelines like not automatable scenarios, ROI and coding standards.• Guide and coach team members on automated test development practices, tools & methodologies.
