• Managing the competing priorities within a busy clinical environment whilst maintaining a high quality of patient care. • Utilising a proactive problem solving approach in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of clinical care. • Actively involved in maintaining, implementing and updating patients care plans and clinical pathways.• Providing care to patients with BiPAP, CPAP, and Artline. • Working with in scope of practice as a registered nurse in high dependency unit.• Providing basic personal hygiene care, IV therapy, Oral medication, catheterization and suctioning etc.• Providing leadership to a diverse team or participating as an active member of a team to provide quality care to patients. • Providing support and education to trainee enrolled nurse, undergraduate nurses, patients, carers and family members within scope of practice with confidentiality and privacy.• Performing ECG monitoring and interpreting rhythms. • Analysing ABG results and providing care to patients with Respiratory and metabolic acidosis and alkalosis.
