Key Deliverables:• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary projects, involving mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, in a project monitoring consultancy and third-party inspection setting• Crafting client manuals and Quality Assurance Plans pertinent to each project• Conducting rigorous inspections of various plant/building units as per specified requirements• Ensuring proper record-keeping and coordination of tests conducted by Independent Testing Laboratories, involving relevant QC Inspectors/Engineers and the Client• Facilitating site activities such as inspections, testing, and the resolution of Inspection Test Requests with QC Inspectors/Engineers• Liaising with the Client to address non-conformances on a weekly basis, while working towards continuous improvement• Issuing clearance and completion certificates for specific structures, enabling the Client to proceed with their subsequent activities• Managing client complaints pertaining to quality control and project progress across diverse project types• Responsible for issuing internal Non-Conformance Reports, Observation reports when necessary, and coordinating for their resolution if initiated by the Client• Maintaining a tracking register to record various activities and tests conducted by Independent Testing Laboratories• Coordinating internal auditing procedures and invoicing processes• Ensuring all QC forms are duly filled and signed by the respective authorities• Reviewing and verifying Monthly and Weekly Progress reports• Coordinating and presenting in meetings with the client, contractor, and consultant, showcasing progress updates, quality control, and quality assurance• Overseeing project budgeting and the forecast of payments for the entirety of the project• Authorized by TUV Korea to conduct third-party audits• Gathering client responses from customer feedback surveys• Drafting and distributing Meeting Minutes both within the organization and to the client

Ruwais

 Preparation of ITP for the forthcoming activities as per specifications.  Reviewing the method statements as per standards and specifications.  Checking the test records for particular tests conducted by Independent Testing Laboratory and coordinating for the same with QC Inspectors and Client.  Coordination with QC Inspectors for site activities (Inspections, Testing etc.) and closing of the ITR’s (Inspection Test Request). Coordinating with Client for permanent material inspections.  Preparing the release notice for the particular structure to Client for their further activities. (For e.g. foundation, trenches, SY, AY line etc.)  To issue internal NCRs, Observation reports (if necessary) and also coordinates to close the same (if issued by the Client).  To maintain Tracking register of different activities & tests conducted by Independent testing laboratory.  To ensure that correct revision of drg is used at site.  To check the QC forms are filled up and signed by respective authorities.  To prepare Handover documents, Dossier etc.  Also experienced in GRE piping works.

Dubai

 To follow the PQMP (Project Quality Management plan) / IMS (Integrated management system) for execution of work.  To guide the QA/QC Inspectors for daily inspections/JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) inspections.  To get approval of materials used on site from Client, Consultant and Main Contractor. (i.e. Material submittals – with coordinating QS)  To maintain QA/QC records e.g. Site inspections log, Cube register etc.  To prepare Material Submittal (Civil/Architectural), Method Statement (Civil/Architectural), ITP as per specifications, Design drawings and Coordinating with Concerned Authorities.  To close NCR/CAR issued by the consultants.  To attend quality meetings with Consultant.  To prepare MIR (Material Inspection request) and get approval from Consultant.  To prepare mock up sample for a particular item (eg-blockwork).

Project & Work Location:  Qatar Petroleum (QP) Shutdown Project at Messaied Industrial city  Ras LAffan Olefins Company (RLOC) Olefins Project at Ras Laffan (in sub-contract of Technip)  Substation Projects at KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation)—(in sub-contract of Areva –France) Assignments & Responsibilities:  To follow the Quality Assurance Plan for execution of work.  To conduct inspections and guide other inspectors for daily inspections.  To prepare inspection request at site.  To get approval of materials used at site from Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.  To maintain QA/QC records.  To prepare material submittal (Civil/Architectural), Method Statement (Civil/Architectural) as per specifications (QCS), drawings and coordinating with concerned authorities.  To prepare mock up sample for finishing items.  To conduct quality tool box meeting for Execution team,  To attend quality meetings with Main Contractor as well as Client.  To co-ordinate with Subcontractor for MEP works.  H2S/BA training & PTW (Permit to work) training workshop for working inside the gas plant area.

Anjar, (India)

Project & Work Location: Steel Plant of ISCL(Indian Steel Corporation Ltd.) Bhimasar-Anjar, Kutch, Gujarat and at Sterling Gelatin near Baroda, Gujarat, India. Assignments & Responsibilities: Study of drawing and Quantity surveying.  Preparing Bar Bending Schedule, Daily progress report, Concrete pour card, Joint measurement record at site.  Monitoring and guiding supervisors while excavating, casting of PCC, RCC.  Guiding the skilled and unskilled labour while bar bending, shuttering, insert plate fixing, angle fixing, grouting etc.  Checking and controlling the activities on site under the guidance of Team leader and Client Engineers.  Preparing the front and execute flouring of the building (IPS, Trimix etc.)  Maintain the daily attendance of the departmental labours in concreting, welding, gas cutting etc.

Kalol

Project & Work Location: 275 MLD WTP (Water Treatment Plant) at Jaspur (Kalol) on contract with AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority) Assignments & Responsibilities:  Study of drawings.  To check the quality and quantity of materials at site.  To check the compressive strength of concrete at site.  To control and monitor the construction activities at site.  To guide supervisors and contractors under consultants guidance.  Managing the departmental labours.  Mostly engaged in structures such as Tube settler, Filter bed, Raw water sump, Clear water sump, Chlorine contact tank, Backwash tank, Chemical house etc.
