As a Product Owner at FIS, I lead the digital transformation of various business functions and processes, leveraging web applications, robotic process automation (RPA), and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. I have over 14 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in software development, technical leadership, and product management.I have successfully launched and managed two innovative products: iAutomate, an RPA framework that automates repetitive tasks and reduces operational costs, and Call Magos, an AI-based voice and screen recording platform that enhances customer service and compliance. These products have generated significant internal savings and increased efficiency and quality across functions. I am also responsible for conceptualizing and developing a humane investing tool, a minimum viable product that helps investors make ethical and sustainable decisions. I manage a product team of thirty engineers, implement agile methodologies and code sprints, write product requirements and roadmaps, and conduct cross-functional and customer interviews. My goal is to create products that solve real-world problems, deliver value to customers, and align with FIS's vision and strategy.
