 Participated in the end-to-end process from design, engineering, erection and commissioning for a turnkey project of Installation of 33/11kV Substation for SAIL, Raw Material Divisions at Gua and Barsua Ore Mines, Jharkhand. Installation and commissioning of transformer, VCB, Isolator, LA mast and other substation equipments anderection of BPI and IPS tubes . Erection of HT-LT panels, Power(HT and LT) and control cable laying and wiring as per schematics. Procurement of substation equipments and preparation of Purchase Orders, billing breakup, project cost estimationand other financial & commercial invoices. Coordination with vendors and client for smooth functioning of the project. Preparation of schematic data and project as built Daily project report submission on substation and subsequent line construction.
