Key responsibilities:• Creating JIRA stories, Discovery stories and conceptualizing new slides and ideas. • Keep the project team updated with all the FP tool enhancements and features (MoneyGuide and NaviPlan), Ameriprise systems, CRM (Salesforce), Total view and other tools. • Knowledge of financial planning strategies, advanced advice opportunities and FP tool work around is expected.• Work with cross committed teams like - PEGA developers, Seismic developers, UX and FP Data HUB. • Align with all the cross committed teams on timelines, capacity and workflow and accordingly prioritize stories and uplifts through discussions with the product owners. • White glove treatment: for select group of advisors - reach out to the advisor practices facing issues with the tool - understand the issue - identify the solution - enhance the product with the new fixes working with the tech team. • Participate in kickoffs, Q&A and help the project team in managing these sessions by providing relevant know how and conceptual understanding. • Gather insights on gaps and opportunity areas on advisor/practice connects and solution them over time.
