1.Preparation and maintaining of integrated EPC network L2, L3 & L4 schedule in Primavera P6 Version 20 with resource & Cost Loading.2.Generating Project Engineering Execution L5 Schedule and monitor / report progress accordingly including preparation of Progress Measurement System, S-Curves and Shortfall Analysis Report.3.Generating 3 Month & 6 Month Recovery Plan related to Manpower & Resources Planning.4.Generating MIS Reports related to Manpower & Resources Planning.5.Implement, Week Updated & Monitor the Schedule as per Project scope & Resource Updating.6.Managing a team of Project Control and Project Administration personnel and preparing various Processes and Standard Operating Procedures for effective control of projects.7.Coordinate with engineering, Procurement & Construction Team to initiate activities as per project schedule.8.Lead the overall Project Controls Team for scheduling, Progress Measurement.9.Conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Review Meeting.

Fixed Roof Cryogenic Tank) Vertical/Horizontal Centrifugal LPG/Chemical Pumps & Reciprocating Single Stage Compressors, Diesel engines (180, 250, 500 KvA), Product & Fire Water Pipelines, deluge, sprinkler system. Coordinated with project team for successfully executing the project work Bulk LPG Terminal & Bottling Plant, & Chemical Tanks, Cross Country Pipe Lines etc. 6.Involved in Commissioning of Bottling plant and all its equipment’s like automatic 24-point LPG carousel, Gas evacuation unit, compact valve tester unit, valve and ‘o’ ring changing unit, telescopic conveyor, air blower, Air Compressors, Cylinder washing & drying unit.

Prepare Material, Manpower & Equipment deployment plan for required progress under construction & EPC Contracts.2. To Prepare Project Master Schedule in L-1to L-4 with Primavera software as well as updating the same.3. Coordinate with engineering consultant to initiate activities as per project schedule.4. Generate Periodical Progress Reports, like-exceptional reports, MPR & MIS for top management.5. Preparation of weight age distribution, % progress reporting & S-Curve etc.6. Participate in Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment’s etc. Responsible for Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination of EPC Projects.7. Our total scope of Project work for Piping 2, 00,000” Ǿ, Structural 200MT & Equipment’s Erection of 800MT. PROJECT Details PARADEEP:Project work for Paradeep Refinery Project involving DCU COKER HEATER, DHDT, VGO HEATER & Also engaged in Crude Tank (11 nos.) & Finished Product Tank (22 nos.) Facility BOOT Project work for Piping 6, 50,000” Ǿ & Equipment’s Erection around 500MT. (Total Project Value of Rs.275 Corer approx.) Duties & Responsibilities:1. Monitor actual Progress vis--vis work front and regularly recommend resource deployment (Equipment & Manpower), Engineering Sub-contractors bill checking against actual Progress.2. MRM presentation preparation and submission to PM.3. Preparation of delay analysis reports to PM as per requirements.4. Execute and assistance to operations during Pre-Commissioning Activity.5. Implement and Turnaround/Shutdown Planning System for 90 Days Shutdown using Primavera P6.6. Conduct, Plan and coordinate Pre-shutdown, shutdown and post shutdown meetings. 7. Estimation of resources Requirement for the New Project (18 months Duration) and (3+1) Months Shutdown Activities. 8. Should be able to work out accurate estimates of likely monthly billing and prepare & submission of billing to client (engineering & procurement).9. Preparing and submitting Planning packages, Schedule of Rates, Invoice formats and other reports as per Bid requirements to PMC/Client for approval at initial stages of the project.
