The scope of the project is Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and move to Production.Management Activities• Manage Stakeholder Communications – Internal and External stakeholders • Engaging with cross-functional teams and providing project updates and testing updates.• Ensure familiarity with the solution and stakeholdersTest Management• Designing Test Strategy and Test Approach • Creating and updating System Test Plans and User Acceptance Test Plans• Plan SIT and UAT Testing Schedule• Co-ordinate and manage test execution with the Vendor and Project SMEs• Manage and lead Defect Triage• Produce Test Completion Reports• Review and oversee Vendor’s testing results and test reports• Manage and lead Testing RetrospectivesTesting Activities• Preparation of test scripts, Test Scheduling, and oversight of execution.• Prepare testing artefacts (test scripts, testing schedule, test status reports)• Review Functional Test Cases, System Integration Test cases and Regression Test Cases• Understand the Business requirements and co-ordinate with BA and SMEs of the projectScrum Master• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. • Solid exposure to the product-platform ways of working in an Agile environment. • Works with scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project and product teams. • Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective. • Support and educating Product owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. • Define status reporting mechanism using JIRA and ensure easy-to-review dashboards reflecting the current state of the project are available for all projects.
