As a seasoned technology and people leader with nearly 20 years of IT experience, I have a proven track record of success in software development, Agile/Lean project management, and entrepreneurship.My career began at Lexmark Intl, where I made significant contributions to the development of their award-winning printer management software, Markvision Enterprise. During my tenure, I worked as a Java developer, helping to develop key features of various product versions for nearly a decade.In 2010, I was instrumental in setting up the Perceptive Software unit at Kolkata from scratch. This experience allowed me to switch to Agile project management, ultimately leading to a management role as Manager. After the acquisition of Perceptive Software by Hyland Software in 2017, I single-handedly took over all operational and administrative responsibilities of the new legal entity at Kolkata, setting up the office by liaising with onsite stakeholders in the US. Today, the entity has grown to employ around 500 staff.As business operations became smooth for the Kolkata offshore unit of Hyland, I re-concentrated on my Agile leadership role and built a team of Agile/Lean champions who have been steering software development teams to create products and solutions in the Content Management landscape for various industries, including but not limited to Healthcare, Insurance, Education, and Financial Services.My experience and expertise in IT leadership and Agile project management have allowed me to build successful teams and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
