Oversee delivery of enterprise-level architecture and engineering services to OBIM, Inter-agency and international partners. Lead the architecture, engineering, networking and infrastructure (both cloud and on-premises) technical team that plans and delivers system upgrades and enhancements that improve OBIM’s Mission systems availability, performance and ability to meet mission-critical needs of the Department of Homeland Security and other US Federal Agencies in their performance of national security missions. Spearhead major data quality assessments, successfully assessing and improving the data quality before its transition to a new replacement system in AWS cloud. Developed a robust data management strategy, encompassing data governance, data integration, data security, and data lifecycle management, to support OBIM's evolving mission needs and align with industry best practices.

Spearheaded a high-performing technical team to successfully deliver a critical solution for ICE's Financial Data Management Program. The primary objective of the project was to meticulously cleanse ICE's financial management data (FMS) and prepare for a seamless data migration effort ahead of its transition to a Federal Shared Services environment. Led all aspects of the project, including project management, current state data quality assessment, data management strategy formulation, and defining future data standards for ICE's financial management system. Helped to define an effective data and BI strategy for a $19 billion agriculture lending company serving more than 95,000 members.

Led a high-performance technical team in implementing an Agile Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse initiative for a global Clinical Research Organization, resulting in enhanced data-driven insights and streamlined reporting processes using Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics (OBIA) in Oracle cloud environment for a global Clinical Research Organization that provides full range of Phase I to IV clinical development services across six continents.

Designed and populated a predictive analytics data model from operational data using ETL to study the relationship between patient recovery after surgery, hospital encounters, demographic factors, and smoking patterns, supporting research efforts in Vanderbilt's Bioinformatics and Advanced Analytics area.
