• Engaged with Gati Limited again from July ‘2019 to March ‘2020. In this period I was responsible for two assignments: First one to recommend to Buy or Build a CRM product in-house, in this process done extensive study with Gati’s sales users, top management, middle management, interacted with various top product vendors of CRM, Gati’s customers, and done pros & cons of build .vs. buy and share with top management my recommendation. Second one is to help Gati to identify an IT Software vendor who can develop and replace Gati’s existing system. Met various IT vendors explain them what is the requirement of Gati, to & fro presentation by vendors and Gati team to finalize the requirements of Gati. I have played a very significant and crucial role in this process to short list vendors.

• Worked as a Management consultant to Voxpopuli a Delhi based organisation to develop an Android based Mobile App mainly for conducting political survey from November ‘2018 to June ‘2019.

• Worked as a Management Consultant to Gati Limited from April ‘2017 to September ‘2018 to help them to implement Sterling Commerce – WMS product of IBM.• Responsibility is to provide overall guidance and program management of product implementation with Gati’s internal team as well as third party vendor. Successfully implemented and got one of the largest customers to Gati’s fold Pay TM.• Gati took a stake in an eCommerce company given me the responsibility to make this entity a profitable one. Entity does not have any process, have to establish sales process, product development process, financial reporting process and weekly / monthly review processes with the stakeholders.
