Nodal ( Lawful Interception and Monitoring; To coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies along with TERM Cell for successful clearance of commercial launch for Data Services and Voice,•To coordinate with internal Stake holders for completion of Nodal Room set up as per the DoT guidelines.•To co-ordinate with individual functions like Network, Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory in the respective Circle in order to provide monthly reports.•Ensuring proper testing and configuration of Lawful Interception and Monitoring.•To coordinate with the C DoT CMS project for proper installation of the server.•Liaising with various security/administrative agencies to ensure security of employees and assets of the company.•Developing security processes and procedures as per standards and best practices

Fraud Risk and Management/Nodal; Provide timely information on CDR, SDR, cell site locations and Roaming CDR, Recharge/Billing history, Provide CAF and related documents.•Provide information as per any other specific query raised by LEAs related to Nodal activities.•Help LEAs and state police in Analysis of data whenever requested during investigations.•To co-ordinate with individual functions like Network, Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory etc., in the respective Circle in order to provide monthly reports to TERM Cell.•Act as Interface with Customer Service and TERM Cell for issues pertaining to CAF Compliance and provide timely information to Regional Head (Nodal).•Timely Submission & Accuracy of Nodal and Regulatory MIS.•Proper configuration of Lawful Interception (LI) ONLY for the security agencies authorized by DoT.•To co-ordinate with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory and Authority of India) for launching of Product Plans, Bonus Cards.•Preparing the reports of East Region for Regional Nodal and Regulatory Head
