With over 8 years of comprehensive experience in Program Management and Leadership roles, I currently serve as Project Manager in Arcadis. In this capacity, I oversee the design and implementation of the Urban Traffic Management solutions with City Traffic Police and other stakeholders. ASTraM is a cutting edge solution for any megacity to effectively monitor and manage city traffic, which I am currently leading. I possess a fervent dedication to establishing robust processes and orchestrating projects within a cross-functional framework, all geared towards guiding students and professionals in navigating and achieving their career objectives.Previously, within the Tripura Civil Service, I held the position of Administrative Officer across various capacities. Notably, as the Assistant Municipal Commissioner of Agartala Municipal Corporation, Tripura, I orchestrated the seamless operation of municipal services across a 25 sqkm area, catering to a population of 1,25,000. This role necessitated adept management of diverse teams comprising civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering units, surveyors, multipurpose workers, and Self Help Groups. Additionally, I facilitated the smooth functioning of Political Representatives and ensured execution of Government Projects within expected TAT. Leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project and Trello, I monitored project progress and delegated tasks to team leaders.Beyond professional endeavors, I am an intrepid traveler with experiences spanning 10 countries, and I am deeply passionate about engaging in discussions pertaining to Economics and Policies.
