Involved in commissioning of Rotating Equipment of world largest two Ammonia Urea Fertiliser project. Received many appreciation letters for spare parts optimisation which resulted in savings of about 5 Million Dollars and trouble shooting Synthesis Gas Compressor issue which save Millions of Dollars in terms of production loss. Helped in developing Maintenance Procedures for ISO 2002 certification. Focal points for maintenance and Reliability of Rotating Equipment of SAFCO-1 SAFO-2 and other sister Fertilizer plant IBN AL Baitar. Involved in developing Corporate Rotating Equipment Standards for SABIC. Converted first time in the world Mechanical seal of Carbamate pump to Dry gas seal resulting in to reliability enhancement of the pump as well as of the plant operation. Presented Paper on “Experience with dry gas seal for high pressure ammonia pumps” at MEGA 94, conducted by ASME in Saudi Arabia.

Facilitated to resolve technical issue between Indigenous vendor and foreign consortium team of Linde and Snamprogetti for Technical bid evaluation of Rotating Equipment of world largest Ammonia Urea fertilizer project.Involved in FAT of major Rotating EquipmentInvolved in Installation and commissioning of major Rotating Equipment and their site performance acceptance test.Led the team of Managers for Reliability of operation of all Rotating equipment assets of Operating Fertilizer plant. Supported project team to commission 300 MTD Methanol II plant and Phosphoric acid plant.Responsible for reliability of operation of all Rotating equipment assets of operating Fertilizer and other plants. Led initiative to improve the efficiency of Synthesis Gas Compressor and CO2 Compressor which Stabilized the production from 1650 MTD to 1800 MTD of Urea. Led the team to handle yearly Turn Around (TA). Subsequently Yearly, Turn Around frequency was reduced to two years due to higher reliability of rotating equipment. Helped provincial government to develop local ancillary units to support the chemical industries. I was faculty member of All India productivity council local chapter on the subject of Bearing. I was team member of technical subcommittee of Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) working on development of bearings and filters for import substitution.
