Managed team to strategize electrical spares procurement and outsourcing services of $600K annual budget. I diversified vendor base through developing strong vendor relations, managed Inventory of 2000+ equipment by forecasting demand, Conducted internal audits to ensure transparency of the system, merged job-contracts across the organization by identifying and consolidating similar workflows, prepared performance report of vendors and contractors to evaluate credibility.

• Managed electrical maintenance scheduling and planning of high speed, state-of-the art finished product rolling mill of 2.5 MT capacity. In this role I planned and executed preventive maintenance schedule, optimized manufacturing process to achieve better techno-economical parameters by removing process bottlenecks , solved technical problems. I led a team to achieve ISO accreditations by developing standard maintenance and operation procedures.
