At TASMAC, although I worked for a short stint, I had brought about a few initiatives to enhance quality of academic delivery, placements, branding and most important initiative into Executive Education. In a short time, customised MDPs were organised for a few clients like Webel and Edge Logistics.

Here, I was Head of Admissions, North East India and Head of Academic Affairs. My admission team generated a business of approximately 4.6 crore in a year through admission of about 102 students at various centre of IIPM. My Academic Affairs team also brought about quite a few notable changes in academics.

Along with the Director of Asian Institute of Family Business (initiative of Globsyn), I developed the entire program structure, curriculum structure, course structure and pedagogy of a very innovative Family Business Management Program. I also contributed significantly in developing the web site of Asian Institute of Family Business by writing most of the content on the site. I was heading the business and was instrumental in launching marketing campaign of the institute.

I, along with a senior colleague and my team, set up the centre from scratch right from property acquisition, campus infrastructure development, admissions, and academic administration.
