In my role as an e-commerce executive at Jaipur Global Services and Freelancing, I've accrued over 1.5+ years of experience managing the complete seller central (Self Ship & Easy Ship) on Amazon. This encompasses various tasks such as inventory management, including editing existing listings and creating new ones, as well as optimizing listings for maximum visibility. Ensuring the best possible customer experience on behalf of the amazon sellers are always a top priority.I also formulating Plans of Action (POAs) to reactivate blocked listings and creates case IDs to address any account or listing issues promptly. My role extended to researching the Amazon market, business analysis and strategising ways to grow amazon sellers to the next level on the platform. Furthermore, I've expanded my expertise to include Brand Registry, crafting compelling brand stories, creating A+ content, obtaining GTIN approval, and facilitating amazon seller reinstatement processes.
