·        Responsible JIT Material Planning and ensure availability for electronic and non-electronic commodities .  ·        Ensuring the Material readiness and timely delivery as per production plan.   ·        Scheduling the requirements & supply plan to supplier for the Day + 3 production plan.  ·        Monitoring & ensure total supply chain for JIT materials to be available before each shift of production.  ·        Closely working with Procurement, SQE, Quality, Receiving, Operations for achieving common Business goals. ·        Maintaining 5S in JIT ,KANBAN Staging area.

Job responsibilities: 1) As Procurement executive :* Convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order as per MRP planning.* Send the Purchase Order to supplier.* Monitor order confirmation from supplier & update in PO and SAP System.* Ensure timely availability of materials in factory against confirmations and any pull-in req & follow-up with suppliers.* Update Duties in import Po's and gets MIRO booked from concern team.* Monitor GRN time per PO from receipt to entry in SAP and Publish GRN report.* Ensure timely booking of invoices and supplier payments.* Monitor Shortage report (production/sudden changes in req) and ensure the material availability for Production as per plan.* Send monthly report of quality and DC/DR to supplier and monitor monthly performance of supplier.* Inventory control with class of material and schedule staggered deliveries in case of high value items to cntrl inventory without any shortages.* Implementation of sourcing models like Kanban, JIT, and consignment as per the parts demand and supply requirements* Getting reports on PVO from commodities which are imported to update plant KPI* Volume and qty analysis procured from import* Get the info to search for new and local supplier and connect with supplier for getting pilot order or sample material, follow-up for incoming and Quality check with all parameters* Freeze the masters as lead time, info record, source list. etc* Track and updating of Plant KPI in Qlik sense App.2) SAP functionality:* Auto GRN implementation in SAP with print. * Auto Delivery Note and INV creation aftr ready of product to dispatch as per delivery date requested by customers* SO booking & Confirmation as per order Request and Material Availability* Shelf life extensions, if material can be use for longer time as per quality parameters* Development to Fetch diff reports to get work with less efforts* Create logic to get idea of daily work load for smooth function of production line
