Driveline (Daily LCV - Light Commercial Vehicles - ICE and BEV application) product development process for performance, quality, cost, assembleability and maintainability, according to project requirements:- Ensure vehicular integration of the driveline (F1A and F1C engine, FPT FT50.6M manual gearbox, ZF 8HP70 automatic gearbox, FPT rear axle)- Reviewing CAD model (CATIA V5), FEM simulations results and longitudinal performance simulations to confirm design is meeting targets- Experience with bill of materials (EBOM Matrix, Siemens Teamcenter and ICP) and vehicle configuration management (HPTC)- Work with other departments to carry out design, development, validation and industrialization activities- Development of pass/fail test criteria and DVP (design validation plan)- Management of external teams supporting product design activities- Sourcing process (technical product card writing, technical reviews, technical evaluation of the supplier's solution)- Management of co-design activity with suppliers- Development plan for new components- Agile methodologies for product development
