CurrentAs the Product Associate, I am involved in the entire Product Life Cycle.1. Creating PRD Documents before launching a feature 2. Prioritization of Product Tasks in Product Roadmap3. Sending Release Notes for new features, both Internal and External to Clients 4. Creating Wireframes along with working with the Designer Team5. Ensuring implementation of Scrum and Agile Methodology; working closely with Engineering Manager for Tech Sprint implementation 6. Seeking Validation from Clients and/or customers before building 7. Creating a proper documentation and taking Customer/Clients for gaining insights for the Development/Betterment of the Product. 8. Cross Domain Role where I take insights internally from the Sales team too for further Developments9. Creating UX research questions for observations 10. Onboarding Training for Clients 11. Ensuring Customer Success and Proper Relations12. Product Demo to Director/Founder and Clients13. Monitoring of Customer Usage/Behaviour 14. Ensuring Support to customers
