Overall Responsibility of Process Control Activities -Daily Activity Reporting: Daily observation report, deviation report, diversion report review. -VA Meeting: Organizing and conducting daily Vardhman-Aichi meeting to address deviations and trend analysis. -Process Optimization: Adapting new process technologies and exploring substitute materials to optimize production and quality performance by conducting trails. -QMS: Implementation and continual improvement of QMS. -SOP: Documenting and implementation of standard operating procedure of different processes. -Safety Management: Ensuring zero harm to human assets by creating safe work culture & environment. -Customer Claim Investigation: Investigate and prepare time bound 8D reports/CAPA for customer complaints. -NPD: To make Process Sheets and Testing plan for New Products Development with collaboration with Operation and QA. -Manpower Management: Managing and controlling shift manpower.

Quality Control (In-Charge SMS)

-Overall Responsibility of Quality Control of Steel Melt Shop-Daily Activity Reporting: Daily heat allocation report, deviation report, diversion report, rejection reportgeneration and circulation.-QC Meeting: Organizing and conducting daily Quality Control meeting to address rejections and brainstorm through CAPA preparation by tools like why-why analysis, fish bond diagram etc.-Manpower Management: Managing and controlling shift manpower.-Material Management: Maintaining optimum stock of various testing materials as per requirement.-QMS: Implementation and continual improvement of QMS.-SOP: Documenting standard operating procedure of different products and to ensure theirimplementation.-QA Awareness: Conducting small interaction sessions for raising awareness among sub-ordinates.-Documentation: Regular checking and updating of ISO, TS records.-Complaint Investigation: Investigate and prepare time bound corrective action plan for any customercomplaint.-NPD: To make Process Sheets and Testing plan for New Products Development with collaboration with Operation and QA. -SAP: Releasing day to day production after inspection and clearance of the same.

Quality Assurance - Declaration of Steel Grade after complete analysis of both physical and chemical properties. Organizing & testing at macro level of cross sectional billet samples.Interact & co-ordinate with Customers for final inspection.Development and implementation of QMS.Co-ordination related to ISO activities and updating the ISO records.Generation and circulation of Daily Quality Report.
