Guiding the technical evangelists in adopting modern process models.▪️ Coaching HR department, drafting recruitment strategies for attracting better talent, and refining the interview process to constantly raise the team's average aptitude level.▪️ Envisioning the long-term marketing strategy for the company’s future to aid its sales activities and eventually build a global brand with the passage of time.▪️ Managing the top portfolio of clients on a regular basis & working with the Sales department on closing tier 1 leads.▪️ Setting up macro agendas for the company’s growth and positioning the resources in order to achieve them.▪️ Building a culture that breeds innovation.
