More than 24 years of rich experience across Information Technology, Media, Real Estate Startup and Educational Services has made me realise one thing: businesses are essentially the same - it’s about the customer and how you keep its success at the centre of things. I had the opportunity to be among the customers in all the organisations I belonged to - be it the IT bellwethers like Infosys, Wipro or media brand icon house like ABP Group, the uber startup like OYO or educational services leader like RICE Group. These organisations gave me the opportunity to be the business development leader or marketing leader or sales leader or P&L owner. This has really honed skill and my sixth sense about market and customers.Managing customers of US and UK as Account Manager to creating innovative communication products through ABP One to being the Head of Growth of the happening startup made me the sales & marketing leader that I am.P&L management and EBITDA delivery opportunities in ABP/ABP Digital and RICE Group clearly helped me transition into a business leader.But I strongly believe that a leader is nothing without his/her team. Hence my strength of team building and mentoring helped me drive value to the organisations in my career!
