As the Environments Analyst I was responsible for the SAP environments landscape, managing the refresh timelines, liaising with multiple departments to keep systems in line and to mirror the live environments. Handling user account management queries, ensuring technical architecture blueprints for the SAP systems are kept up to date with correct system version/patch levels.
