• Controlling all activities pertaining to production & Quality.• Production planning & scheduling.• Co-ordination with purchase & store department for timely delivery of product.• Monitoring day-to-day production activities & manpower planning.• Resource planning & proper utilization of manpower.• Maintain records like Daily Production Report, System Entry Controls, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) & design other required documents related to production for New Products.• Maintain Safety Standards while operating & maintenance of machines.• Study Cycle Time of different products & reset the production targets.• Prepare Why-Why Analysis, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)• Prepare Weekly & Monthly Presentations with analysis .• Monitor raw material stock for every individual machine.• Coordination with purchase, store & quality department for timely delivery of product.• Give training to personnel & evaluating the skills.• Looking Maintenance activities also like prepare Breakdown Analysis Report , Root Cause Analysis , Spares Management etc.
