Overall sales responsibility for entire Mumbai zone (Mumbai,Navi Mumbai, Thane & Goa ) Sales of Pre Engineered Buildings with Components CR Steel Roofing/Cladding and Accessories,CR-Purlins, Decking Sheets etc.Meeting Structural consultants, Project Consultants, Architects and EPC Contractors for relationship building and generating awareness about the Pre Engineered Steel Building Concept and discuss advantage of Steel Buildings applications.Project Management & Execution: Coordinating between various functional departments of the Project (Architect, Structural Consultant, Design, Drafting, Manufacturing, Erection) and ensuring timely execution of the project.Brand Establishment and creating brand awareness among the Project management consultants, Architects, Structural Designers and Engineers.New MNC Clients developed like Laxness India ( Bayer Group) by bagging 1.32 Crores PEB order & 3.40 Crores PEB order of Wartsilla India Pvt Ltd, Assam Projects etc.In 2013 year for Company made good breakthrough with big potential client M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg,Mumbai & generated business for PEB by bagging the order of PEB for Godrej Cartini India ( Locks Division) Goa ; Godrej Industries Ltd for their Valia site and in 2014 bagged again order of Godrej & Boyce (Godrej Interio),Shirwal etc. Also bagged big Order of 10.0 Crores of PEB Plant of Devu tools Pvt Ltd,Mumbai.
