About Dipen Soni
My educational background in Cell Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, and Statistics has equipped me with the skills to thrive in highly regulated industries. These last six years at Sanofi, arguably in the most highly regulated of industries, has solidified strong cGxP knowledge and best practices in me, where I thrived in a fast-paced cGxP production environment. I initially began my journey as a junior-level associate in a Viral laboratory in the Quality Control department, but after that, I was curious about the manufacturing process and transitioned to a manufacturing associate role, where I eagerly immersed myself in learning about vaccine manufacturing processes on the shop floor, inevitably become a leader on the shop floor in terms of logistics and process. Throughout the years, my passion for continuous learning has enabled me to expand my knowledge in various aspects, particularly in quality assurance, leadership and health, safety and environment. I have gained expertise in conducting deviation investigations and actively participating in the development and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, I have grown as a leader by managing the weekly schedule and training the production staff, empowering them to excel in their roles. My experience also extends to serving as a relay for health, safety, and environment (HSE), acting as a proponent for safe working practices and being the team's first contact for any safety-related concerns or incidents. With a strong desire to further my knowledge and contribute my skills to your company, I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to the team and look forward to hearing from you to elaborate on my skills further.
