Being my first step into an official management role this was anexciting journey where I had control of the new and used operationsin the Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands. I relished this challenge as I worked with a good team to take a mid-level performing dealership to become a consistent top 5 performer, along with producing thecompany's highest profits and volume in its history. This role came with many challenges but seasoned me in the higher complexities of the business. I worked more with the brand team and was invited tojoin a dealer management committee to offer help and advice on ways to move the brand forward.

I am currently a senior sales specialist working for the FCA brands. My role entails stock management, maintaining customer satisfaction(CSI) and also taking full responsibility for the manufacturer lead system. Along with dealing with customers taking them through a structured sales process. I am fully FCA accredited and SAF approved.

During my time travelling my Entrepreneurship led to the discovery of a new product for the UK market, which after thorough investigation proved potentially lucrative. I promptly cut my trip short and bought the "VIBE IT" to the UK.I designed the products branding and advertising material while also organizing venus to showcase the product and setting up a very successful launch at the HighCross Leicester. My time management and organisation skills are second to none, in a matter of weeks i turned what was a funky idea into a money making product.
