Under the direction of the Site Superintendent conduct safety orientation of site staff and trade labor force.Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with Site Superintendent(s).Prepare and maintain various communication/documentation with head office and site.Prepare and maintain various files for purchaser agreements (PA).Coordinate with municipal inspections and Tarion inspections.Knowledgeable of health and safety responsibilities and duties.Upholding and adhering to the company policies including a clean and safe work environment.Time management, to meet deadlines to deliver on project requirements. Work Well under pressure meeting deadlines and project requirements.Attend and participate in company and/or site meetings plus prepare meeting agendas and minutes as required by the site superintendent(s).

• Use strong project management skills to coordinate up to 5 governmental office construction projects per year. • Produce construction documents for each project using AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.• Collaborate with multiple teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.• Skilled in reviewing blueprints, identifying issues, and suggesting necessary fixes.• Highly organized and skilled at maintaining records of project status.• Ensure the proper filling of records related to construction projects.• Prepared and issued purchase orders (Pos) and work orders, coordinated equipment deliveries.• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) legislation. Health and safety policies and procedures in daily operations.• Prepare and distribute Request for information (RFI), and maintain project RFI log, as required.

• Performed challenging assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of the civil construction works.• Maintain first-level quality assurance to confirm that the work is under the plan, specifications, and municipality norms and standards.• Preparation of bidding documents for the procurement of civil construction work and consulting work and performing technical analysis and financial analysis to select the appropriate firm.• Taking out the measurement of civil works and preparation of user bills using MS excel.
