The Responsibility of job as a Plant Manager – Fluidised Catalyst Cracking Unit is safe, smooth and productive operation of the unit and has overall operation responsibility. Adopt at perform the management deliveries on an accurate and on-time basis. Resourceful in co-ordinating with internal and external customers for running successful business operations and mastered in implementing procedures and service standards for business excellence.Overall managing the production team, plant administrative issues, maintaining plant statutory compliance with respect to the Environment norms & Factory Act. Responsible for building a smooth functioning culture by ensuring smooth inter department coordination. Motivating the Team for achieving and maintaining optimum production levels through supervision, inter-departmental coordination and field staff involved in monitoring and controlling equipment and process flows, ensuring at all times that safety issues are paramount. Typically, the work involves the early identification and rectification of problems to minimize downtime and production loss. Good exposure in Refinery Operations, Project Management (Engineering & Execution of Green Field Projects) & Commissioning, Technical Services, Production & Operations, Training Management & Operational excellence.Plant Administration & Production- Ensuring the effective plant administration & deciding priorities. Manage the activities of plant staff in allocated area to ensure operational targets are met through the optimization of production processes and cost-effective operations.•Managed a team of 40 operation personnel.
