Working on the Broadband Marker Help Desk, which was an entirely customer service role. Accountable to Ofcom, the role was developed as a central help desk for both service providers and end users to get Broadband barriers investigated.Using strong and effective communication skills in accord with a good understanding of the regulatory environment. I was able to answer customer’s enquiries and resolve their problems also escalated any customer issues to both my Team Leader and Manager.
