Responsibilities: • Expand the dealer infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.• Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities as well as Distribution Network.• Handling Team of 6 Sales Executives

• Handling 4 Marketing Officer, 1 Resident Manager in South Gujarat Base.• Manage & providing training to Sales Team for Debenture, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Fund, Infrastructure Bonds selling skills and Target achievement.• Handling the corporate relationship with Business Partner, Business Associates and drawing up strategies suited to generate Business for mutual interest of both partners.• Providing product training to key staff of Business Partner, Business Associates & motivating them for target achievement.

• Promoting AVIVA Life Insurance products through INDUSIND BANK.• Handling the corporate relationship with bank and drawing up strategies suited to generate Business for mutual interest of both partners.• Manage & providing training to Sales Team for Insurance selling skills and Target achievement
