AWS | CICD | Terraform | AppDynamics | Splunk | New Relic | Snow | MySQL Database | API | PCF | Jenkins | Kubernetes | Docker | GIT• As a part of Production management team for a client, I was responsible for providing end-to-end monitoring and risk management and mitigation for various consumer impacting production events which could cause high financial impact for financial applications including but not limited to Wire Transfers, account transfers, Zelle, third party partners, etc.• Actively involved in complete SDLC lifecycle for creating and maintaining various functionalities based on java Springboot tech stack following agile model.• Periodically involved in platform testing efforts to maintain optimal user experience and providing valuable inputs. • Have working experience of databases like MsSQL and MySQL. • Responsible for managing the change management process and conduct a feasibility analysis and probable impact on production and performance. • Part of Risk Mitigation team to handle and Resolve Sev 1 and Sev 2 Major incidents with high visibility to end customers. • Part of a team handing the migration efforts for various infrastructure and architecture upgrades like springboot, legacy to microservices architecture on multiple cloud platforms, etc.• Part of Release management team which was responsible for delivering existing updates and new Projects based on priority to ensure timely and consistent delivery causing minimal impact.
