- Business development in the retail, corporate and dealer sectors. In charge of ensuring profitable sales through excellent customer relationships and service. Sales growth in all three sectors through challenging set targets across all products that the organization deals in.- Working with various departments within branch, mentoring and conducting team building exercises with a 30 member team comprising of sales, workshop, stores and delivery. In charge of both passenger and truck workshops, stores and dispatch departments. Ensuring all departments worked towards a set goal of delivering more than customer’s expectations.- Evaluating current market presence in terms of the above three sales sectors, bringing on board new customers on all the three sectors, evaluating their financial capacities and setting appropriate credit limits based on individual business and financial strengths.- Fully in charge of revenue collection for all the three sectors.- Supervising teams to ensure correct and timely documentation of all sales, delivery and collection.- Entire operations at the branch level, Producing finding, corrective actions, suggestions and reports to supply chain Management of Sales and Marketing Activities of the company, making regular visits to the customer, trade shows, conferences, Brand management and corporate identity, maintain and take care of Company Assets.- - Also including finance, yearly budgets, Human Resource, maintenance of Fleets, Training programs for the staff, evaluating current market presence, bringing on board new customers on all the above sectors, evaluating their financial capacities and setting appropriate credit limits based on individual business and financial strengths.
