Role & Responsibilities Develop strategy for the new product launch (diagnostics) in conjunction with the Marketing Team Follow proper sales process and work in an organized manner Gather, manage and direct a team during the sales cycle, whilst working with the channel and sales enablement functions to increase the number of active channel partners in the territory.. Analyze competitive market data, players and forecast possible market share to grow the business. Annual pricing review and budgeting exercise with finance Appoint distributors/dealers and drive business generation. Ensure product training, , sales policies, is shared with the dealers/distributors for awareness of company policies. Sign off the distribution agreements, and relevant documents with the dealers/distributors. Develop and execute channel strategy to meet customer needs, building collateral and processes to support growth with marketing and channel groups Reporting through weekly/bi-weekly meetings on sales update, outstanding collections, new market development, new client development etc.
