With a background in Music, Architecture, Digital Design and DATA, Dipesh brings valuable experience to the dRofus team. As Customer Success Manager for dRofus APAC, his primary roles are to implement, train, support and innovate.Prior to joining dRofus, Dipesh spent 17 years working around AUS for multi-disciplinary design firms including Brand + Slater, Mirvac, Hames Sharley & HDR. With a strong eye for detail and continual strive for perfection, he places special importance on meeting the needs of dRofus users + helping them deliver great projects.Dipesh has had varied experiences throughout his career. Owing to his capacious nature, he has been an ardent enthusiast across wide areas, namely bio-climatic design, space habitation including ECLS (Environmental Control and Life Support Systems), building restoration / adaptive re-use, healthcare design, and since 2010 - Database Management & Service.Dipesh has had significant socio-cultural as well as professional experiences from various parts of the world; primarily the Indian Sub-Continent, Brunei & Australia. He has been involved in various project-types ranging from Education to Health, Hospitality, Sports / Recreation, Residential Commercial & Town Planning.Over the years, Dipesh have been tailoring himself for a very diverse range of roles: Design, Documentation, Project Management / Contract Administration, ArchiCAD or Revit Operation, Project Database Management, 3D Modeling, Graphics and Data Analysis.In all these respective areas, Dipesh has been able to both take initiation by leading / directing a team, as well as work under direction. He gives very special importance to developing positive relationships with clientele, consultancies, agencies, authority boards etc. thereby successfully overcoming possible obstacles and running projects to a deadline and within budget.
