• Delivered multiple projects including the setup a 24/7 call centre for APCOA UK/IE; the migration of a LB council parking permits to a web-based system; the LB Council Parking migration to a new fully web-based system.
• Led the rollout of Microsoft O365 and Windows 10 for over 100 offices and over 900 staff as well as Microsoft InTunes to support the accreditation for ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, including setting USB Blocking.
