Developed NLP and UI Design solutions for ZK Analytics

Worked on Google's Human Computation platform Ewoq, where I designed and executed experiments and studies for evaluating the quality of various kinds of data sources such as machine learning models, landing pages, ad creatives, etc. through large scale human evaluation. I developed human subject facing templates that collect responses and I devised quantitative analysis methods for converting these responses into empirical insights and metrics.

Worked on ASR and TTS technologies with Nuance Enterprise. Involved in the development of speech grammars, pronunciation dictionaries, and statistical language models to facilitate the workflow of conversational agents.

Worked on Python scripting and Automation for Data Analysis. Used NLP and Text Mining methods to derive metrics from consumer feedback. Statistically analysed the user interaction logs and transcriptions to provide business insights and data visualisations that can help improve consumer satisfaction.

- Worked at the Xiaomi India HQ as a summer intern under their NPS Analytics team. - Designed survey templates in HTML to optimally gather insights into the users' decision making, usage, and feedback patterns. - Developed automation scripts to distil meaningful information from large resources of raw text data collected from customer surveys. - Worked with Product, Strategy, and Analytics teams to organise focus group discussions among Xiaomi's mobile phone users.
