Responsible for developing appropriate Talent acquisition strategies and managing end-to-end talent acquisition process to deliver agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas, ensuring that the right candidates are recruited. • Driving Talent acquisition initiative and delivery of end to end recruitment. • Providing guidance and advisory on full recruitment lifecycle process to business, ensuring both advisory & transactional activities are delivered, provide a full consultative service to hiring managers with regards to talent trends in market. • Work closely with business to on innovating sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs, generate diverse pools of candidates using a variety of sourcing channels (i.e internal and external network sessions, market maps, recruitment drivers etc) for both immediate & pipeline whilst controlling cost bases. • Establish relationship and work collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders (i.e Hiring Managers, HRBP, search firms & various government agencies) • Review policies & process operating instructions (POI) to improve Bank’s hiring process to improve the Hiring Process. • Working with global stakeholders across India,Singapore, UK, USA, Hong Kong, Dubai.• Managing global candidates from different geographies for international placements

Handling end to end recruitment for tier one FMCG, FMCD, Telecom & Retail.• Catering to front line, mid to senior level positions.• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, social media sites, headhunting suitable candidates as per specifications given by the client.• Expertise in handling different recruitment tools.• Maintaining weekly MIS Reports, Performance analysis reports.• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.• Regular follow up with the candidates till on-boarding.• Apart from recruitment, also responsible for developing own client base, new business Development as well as servicing the existing ones.• Generating business from the clients.• Preparing MIS

• Handling end to end recruitment in Banking, NBFC and Manufacturing domain.• Experience in doing the entire life cycle of recruiting from understanding the job requirement from the clients/accounts manager to sourcing to closure.• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, social media sites, headhunting suitable candidates as per specifications given by the client.• Evaluating candidates, taking telephonic interview, briefing candidates on profile as per client’s requirement.• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for interviews, fixing interview slots by coordinating with candidates & clients.• Taking feedback from the clients and accordingly updating the candidates.• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.• Maintaining interview scheduled tracker and offers tracker.• Regular follow up with the candidates till on-boarding.Created Module Pool Programming.• Object reviews, Managing the team, Creating Time Report (Week/Monthly)
