Safety, technical, Project management and oversight of EMRILL High-Level Access Teams. To manage the ongoing High-Level Access projects efficiently, effectively, safely, working closely with the High-Level Access Safety and Technical Manager and Rope Access Manager to satisfy contract, compliance, client requirements and safety aspects of the project management. To assist, support and maintain the competence of all High-Level Access Technicians and management, either internal or external personnel and compliance with IRATA, IPAF, PASMA, Local Legislation and EMRILL Policies and procedures.Conducting training sessions to the supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation.Ensuring ongoing works are in line with the work method statements, risk assessments and ensuring the safety of the team and the third-party sub-contractors.Reporting of site audit and findings throughout the business unit.Monitoring and arranging 3rd party inspection of high-access equipment, tools, and machinery.Develop and maintain the Health and Safety compliance management system and associated paperwork for EMRILL Services LLC.Daily reporting of productivity and quality of ongoing projectsConducting the mobilization and kick-off meetings.Site management of on-site projects, manpower and deliverables for scope of delivery as directed.Provide costing for project work & additional out of scope services.Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during High-Level Access operations. Collaborate with the safety team to implement safety procedures and conduct safety audits.Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking expenses and budget allocation for High-Level Access projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Training and Certification: Support the organization of training sessions and certifications for High-Level Access technicians to enhance their skills and qualifications.

Developing health and safety systems including HSE plan, policies and procedures.Conducting training sessions to the supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislations. Providing induction training to the new employees and subcontractors on company policies and procedures. Preparing and reviewing project specific work method statement and risk assessments and maintain the records for audits.Monitoring and providing guidance to the company HSE staffs and coordinating regularly to upkeep the safety standards of the projects.Conducting monthly HSE meetings by including HSE staffs to discuss about HSE observation and concerns. Undertaking team briefing and regular site inspection activities to ensure all aspects of works are carrying out as per procedure and all works are understood by all concerned parties.Preparing hazard observations and reporting to clients.Attending regular projects safety meetings to ensure the compliance of project specific standards.Preparing the documents and making sure following the procedures of IRATA regulations.Conducting site inspection & audits and recommending necessary actions on procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with regulations in coordination with Operations and maintain records.Conducting periodic meetings with client HSE personnel to discuss and review about the HSE concerns and its improvements.Review and preparing tender related safety documents and pre-qualification documents.Taking part of IRATA membership audits and preparing the audit documents.Taking care of company internal, external audits (ISO), supplier audits etc.Undertaking the investigation of incidents, accidents and unsafe working conditions.Preparing the incident and accident reports and reporting to the management and clients and maintains the statistics. Undertaking investigation of occupational incidents, accidents and unsafe working conditions. Preparing incident and accident investigation reports.

*Developing health and safety systems, including policies procedures and manuals.*Promoting health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.*Coordinating the third-party test and inspection of Gear kits and Machinery/Equipment’s,*Preparing the incident and accidents reports.*Monitoring and assigning work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’spolicies and procedures and limits of authority.*Designing and implementing cost effective equipment/Tools modification to helpimprove safety, reliability.*Developing and evaluating project oriented designs according to the projectstandards.*Monitoring and controlling expenses related to project work and ensureorganisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.*Handling procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordancewith Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.*Undertaking team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work areunderstood by all concerned parties.*To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed inaccordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.*To be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for allaspects of construction and or maintenance activity.*To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces andenhancements to project scope.*Reviewing and evaluating technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submissionto consultants and clients according to required project standards.*Assisting the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in preparation of SubContract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline.*Maintaining standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety &Environment Management System requirements.

*Project engineering schedules and forecasts.*Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.*Monthly project status reports and change orders.*Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical andManagement aspects of projects using Primavera 6.*Designing of the projects and production drawing preparation using Auto cad.*Timeline planning of long term projects.*Assisting in the preparation of engineering project proposals.*Ensuring effective engineering and Client communications.

*Designing and implementation of new projects for increasing productivity of plant.*Maintenance of 2 MVA electric Arc furnaces.*Maintenance of crushers (like Jaw crusher, Roll crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaftimpactor etc).*Maintenance of Elevators, Belt Conveyors, Graders, Scalpers, Battery operated forklifts and Pallet truck, High Intensity and Low intensity Magnets etc.*Maintenance of reciprocating compressors, centrifugal blowers, centrifugal Pumps,EOT cranes, Hoists, etc.*Maintenance of dust collecting systems including cyclones and bag filters.*Maintenance of rotary kiln and pendulum kiln.*Training in Ramco marshal MMS which includes Inventory and purchaseManagement system.*Familiar with Auto cad for preparation of mechanical drawings.*Preparation of Charts and plans as per the requirement of the maintenancedepartment.*Also familiar with ISO certification procedures, TQM concepts and Energymanagement concept.
