Since the later part of 2018, I have been heading the Operations & Technology department at Sturmfrei, where I oversee the performance of each department, from maintenance to the front office. My role involves utilizing digital tools and human resources in the most efficient way possible to design service environments that enhance guest satisfaction, forecast demand and manage inventory, organize staff and ensure quality standards. I have implemented several initiatives that have increased overall service quality and experience, guest loyalty, reduced costs, and improved profitability.
