Core Duties:1) Maintaining and improving the company’s existing Quality Management System.2) Monitoring processes and measurements in order to gain compliance to the aforementioned standards with independent bodies.3) Driving process improvement activities with the aim of hitting QA targets.4) Ensure optimum Quality with maximum Production (Both Manufacturing & packing) through available resources.5) Communicating and ensuring that the Project QA plans are understood and operated by all employees and subcontractors.6) Developing new product ideas and formulations and analyze the feedback from users.7) Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Working Instruction (WI) for Machineries including Standard & General Testing Procedure (STP & GTP) for LAB Testing Parameters.8) Liaising with clients and external bodies on QA matters as required.9) Providing efficient and effective leadership and management of the Quality team.10) Daily, Weekly & Monthly production & procurement planning and its proper execution.

1) Operating SAP for Production and Quality related works.2) Ensure Quality Production (Both Manufacturing & packing) through available resources.3) Maintaining documents as per ISO, GMP & PWC Audit Std.4) Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Working Instruction (WI) for Machineries including Standard & General Testing Procedure (STP & GTP) for LAB Testing Parameters.6) Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review. 7) Capable to handle the all QC Lab Machineries (KF titrator, UV, Polarimeter, Bursting strength tester, compression strength tester etc).8) Arranging proper training among workers to increase their efficiency.9) Coordinating the investigation of consumer complaints & root cause analyzing. 10) Planning daily production Schedule as per production target.11) Manpower planning to get the optimum productivity.12) Production process analyzing & floor lose controlling.

Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Ensure Processing, production and packaging of products2. Ensure to follow SOP to operate and clean the machineries effectively 3. Monitor production activities to ensure quality products. 4. To lead staff and workers and enhance their productivity.5. Work with ISO 9001:2000 documents6. Ensure batch production record (BPR), batch calculation, and productivity improvement.
