Rheology, Tribology, and Wear Analysis of Environment-Friendly Nano-Stabilized Lubricants- Synthesized 5 different bio-friendly greases by using Nano-clay additives and fatty acids of varying chain lengths.- Investigated the impact of ligand chain length on the Tribological (friction and wear prevention) behavior of the grease.- Characterize the rheological properties of the synthesized grease to determine its dynamic viscosity under steady shear conditions.- Identified the optimal chemical composition of grease that delivered 2.3 times superior friction reduction and wear prevention in the boundary and mixed lubrication regimes compared to commercially available greases.
