-Supervise and carry out the production process so that it complies with GMP regulations, also coordinate with my direct superior.-Direct and guide production operators and admin.-Ensuring all production facilities, equipments, and machines are always in their usage validity.-Identify and analyze every deviation in the production area.-Documenting ongoing processes in the culture area in related documents.-Work in B-class cleanroom, conducting formulation, filtration, and sterilization also performing working cell bank (WCB) culture and sub culture for protein harvesting.-Establish working instruction and standard operating procedure for production.-Train production operators and new staff.-Modify the cleaning method to make it more flexible, but still valid.-Develop cost-effectiveness by reducing the number of filters used during production-Carry out performance validation and qualification without compromising effectiveness.-Centralize some data using Google Sheets so that it can be accessed and edited by multiple parties.
