Studied the functioning of Meeseva centers which are Customer Service Centers in the state of Andhra Pradesh prepared a questionnaire to find reasons behind unviability of Meeseva centers.Reached out to all the 10000 centers in the East Godavari district via call and collected data and crunched the data further to find out the unviable centers spread across the East Godavari District.Went on a field visit and physically inspected all the unviable centers and provided constructive suggestions on making the Meeseva centers viable.
