Leading the Hardware-Electronics team for Avionics and Defense mission system

• Supervising a team of more than 4 engineers for several programme executions• Managing product design as per the customers’ requirements; investigating & testing new electronics components and equipment• Conducting system study; coordinating with team members for design, integration and maintenance of various hardware programme• Spearheading various technical aspects like product documentation, hardware design, validation and verification of hardware, monitoring critical paths and taking appropriate actions; creating test plans, test cases and test benches for executing tests of hardware at various stages• Performing Electrical/Environmental Qualification test as per DO-160G for 5 different types of products and preparing test reports for customer approval process; conducting experimental and operational tests on product• Preparing the Qualification report of multiple products per DO-160G by similarity justifications; updating analog and digital design procedure as per requirement & learning process• Providing assistance to the manufacturing team in design of optimal production processes; engaged in the testing of spacecraft guidance system• Assisting in-house laboratory infrastructure for developing infrastructure for DO-160 level testing; imparting guidance to the team in all UTC Corporate/BSI/ACE/AS9100 audit• Measured productivity and efficiency of Engineering teams and instituted processes such as Value Engineering and COPQ improvement to constantly improve productivity • Researched and examined the evolving technologies for inclusions in products which entails:o Product specifications and prepared design architectureo Conceptualization of prototype designs for future products and aircrafto Integration test of the new technology

• Successfully performed all product design per AECQ and IEC considerations; created schematic design for multiple products• Lead a team of more than 4 engineers for several programme executions and developed different prototype platform in order to execute the skills of different ICs to the OEM’s

• High Speed hardware design for STB application and different multimedia applications.• Provided schematic and technical support to PCB design team; provided technical support towards development of low level driver under Linux platform• Created designs for high speed digital circuitry consists DDR/SDRAM, Ethernet, ARM 9 Processor, USB, DVB Tuner

• ARM based board design with different applications.• Produced schematic and layout for different type of ARM 9 based embedded hardware• Prepared a validation test plan for manufacturing purposes along with a Board Support Package
