Plan, implement, monitor, performance evaluation and improvement of functional processes to ensure effectiveness of Quality Management System.Evaluation and approval of subcontractors in Quality aspectPreparation, review and approval of Quality Assurance Plan as per requirement of specification.Inspection of mechanical equipment like Crane, Hoist, Pump, Compressor, Gear Box, Pulley, Idler including pressure vessel.Inspection of machines like Barge Loader, Apron Feeder, Thickener, Agitator etc.Quality audit to ensure subcontractors are aligned with client’s requirement.Provide technical support to Business Development team for tendering purpose.

Communication with client for inspection and clearance of supply items.Communication with client for QAP approval.Stage Inspection and joint inspection with client for fabricated structure and bought out items.Supervise and monitor NDT activities.Review and Interpretation of NDT Reports.

Thin Slab Caster, Tunnel Furnace & Inline Hot Strip Mill Complex (Pkg. No. 07) under 3.0 MTPA Integrated Steel Plant at Nagarnar- NMDC (Client: NMDC,PMC: MECON) @ Heavy Fabrication.4. Lime and Dolomite Calcination Plant of RMP-III (Pkg. No. 028) under 7.0 MTPA Expansion of Bhilai Steel Plant. (Client: SAIL,PMC: MECON) @ Process Plant.5. New Ore Bedding & Blending Plant and Base Blending Facilities (Pkg. No. 090) under 4.2 MTPA Crude Steel Expansion at Rourkela Steel Plant. (Client: SAIL,PMC: MECON) @ Material Handling Project.

Arrange type testing of newly developed product as per National / International standards. Arrange Inspection and final clearance from Client/Consultant. Project monitoring, production control and inspection.
