My name is Diptesh Dutta i m from Bangur Avenue. I have H.S. passed in 2012. I have 5 years of experience in BPO sector in Domestic process customer support executive. My family members are 3 my father my mother and me. My hobby is cooking. As a Customer Service associate is my role. My first company is intelenet Global Service Pvt Ltd is SBI Bank contact centre this company is my role as a Customer support for Bank Manager card block, account opening, RD, FD phone banking that's it. Then I join as a Customer support in Jio customer care Offshoot Agency pvt Ltd it's a telecom process and my role is customer had a new sim and call the customer care and receive the call and verification then activate the new sim from my end. Then i join in Fusion BPO as Hotel Manager in Oyo customer service representative and Sales representative so in this process is my favourite process cause they have promoted in sales representative as a SME in sales process Oyo as a my job in Oyo sales department for booking a hotel for a guests but last day I really crying cause Oyo service process is ramdown in Fusion BPO. This time is pathetic time for me.
