Have been associated with India's financial markets since 1981 in various capacities. However, the bulk of my time was on Corporate Finance, i.e., structuring & raising capital for corporates. Loved the gyrations which the markets went through - remember BSE crashed within few months of my entering the markets, then rocketed, crashed, etc. Loved seeing emerging companies, many soon dying in the next down cycle, newer companies emerging, sentimentalism prevailing (eyeballs as a valuation measure !), etc. Am having a great ride and look forward to very exciting times ahead !Specialties: Promoter understanding, business understanding, markets understanding & meshing it all with financial acumen !
