Regulatory Change:1) Program managed mobilisation of comprehensive Program plan for One Bank Non Financial Risk (NFR). One Bank NFR’s objective was to define a holistic target state for end-to-end management of non-financial risks; ensure linkages between regulation, policy, key processes and controls. Partnered effectively with the Leads across Regulatory Adherence & Policy Management, 1st LoD and 2nd LoD Accountability, Process & Controls Management and Risk Appetite to ensure that the respective Workstream plans along with internal and external dependencies were captured within the overall plan.Managed stress testing initiatives as per stipulated timelines2) Program managed portfolio of Regulatory Findings & Obligations, internal Group Audit Findings and Self Identified Issues (SIIs) and tracked them to closure. Managed ongoing monitoring, control and oversight of remediation steps of these Regulatory Findings & Obligations, Audit Findings and SIIs. These Regulatory Findings, Audit Findings, SIIs are consolidated on the basis of observations and feedback from regulators across the globe. Prior to closure of any Finding, ensured that the resolution steps have addressed the letter and spirit of the Regulatory observation. 3) Global PMO of programme designed to deliver strategic change by implementing processes and systems improvements aimed at delivering enhanced regulatory robustness within Corporate and Investment Banking (including Global Markets, Corporate Finance and Global Transaction Banking)4) Programme Manager - Managed the on-boarding of the KYC Utility services on the Deutsche Bank platform. Responsible for ensuring operational readiness, service planning and governance is in place ahead of transitioning KYC Utility Services into Live usage

Automation solutions leveraged Agile methodology. Analysed As-Is processes within the Operational centres, collaborated with Operational stakeholders to identify ‘pain-points’ within the process flows and obtained agreement from Operational owners on ‘targets’ for implementation of Automation solution. Whilst delivering these solutions, effectively leveraged the onshore-offshore model and managed multi-location team based in the UK and India.
